Return Policy

It's really important that the items you return are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all the tags attached – just as you received them. Please remember, we won't be able to accept returns after 30 days from when your order was delivered.

Return Process

We need to approve the return request before you send anything back, so returns sent without that prior approval unfortunately won't be accepted.
Once we've approved your request, we'll send you clear instructions on how to return the item to us. Please make sure the product is packed securely – we don't want it getting damaged on its way back! Just a reminder that customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.
Refunds
As soon as we receive your returned package, we'll carefully inspect it to make sure everything is in order according to our policy. If everything looks good and the return is approved, we will issue the refund back to your original payment method. We aim to complete this process within 7 days of receiving your return. And as we mentioned, you won't find any restocking fees here!
Exchanges
